How to confirm a pickup with a customer’s pickup code
If you’re having trouble scanning a customer’s pickup QR code, you can fulfill their order with their pickup code.
1. Open the Scan tool in the Wish Local app and tap the Question mark icon in the top right corner.
2. Tap Help with scan, then tap Customer’s QR code. |

3. Enter the customer’s 8-digit pickup code when prompted. Customers can find their pickup code below their QR code. |

4. After you enter the customer’s pickup code, the app will auto-populate the list of packages within the order, identifying the packages by their 6-digit codes. |

5. Retrieve the packages shown in the customer’s order. Confirm the pickup is complete by tapping Confirm pickup in the Wish Local app. |

6. Hand the packages to the customer and encourage them to take a look around your store! Check out “Preparing for customer pickups” for tips on maximizing conversion opportunities during pickups. |
