What should I do if I confirm a pickup before realizing I don’t have a package in the order?
Please wait to confirm any pickups until you locate the packages in a customer’s order. If you confirm a pickup before realizing you don’t have the product, let the customer know they may request a refund in the Customer Support section of their Wish shopping app or email support@wish.com.
It is important to maintain accurate package quantities at all times. We recommend that you regularly check the package quantities listed in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app. You can also export a list of the packages in the app with the Export tool in the In stock tab. Learn more
