How to complete a customer pickup
After you check in shipments, customers will receive pickup QR codes in their Wish app and via email.
When customers arrive to pick up their orders, you’ll need to scan their QR codes with the Wish Local app to fulfill their orders at your store.
Here’s how to complete customer pickups.
1. Tap the Scan icon on the Home tab of the Wish Local app. |

2. Scan the customer’s QR code. Check out these instructions if the customer has trouble finding their QR code. |
Please note that if the customer has their device in dark mode, their QR code may be unreadable. Please ask the customer to adjust their phone settings. We also recommend that you ask the customer to raise the brightness of their device if necessary.
If you can’t scan the customer’s pickup QR code, check out these instructions to complete the pickup with the customer’s pickup code.
3. After you scan the customer’s QR code, the app will auto-populate the list of packages within the order, identifying the packages by their 6-digit codes. |

4. Retrieve the packages shown in the customer’s order. Confirm the pickup is complete by tapping Confirm pickup in the Wish Local app. |

5. Hand the packages to the customer and encourage them to take a look around your store! Check out “Preparing for customer pickups” for tips on maximizing conversion opportunities during pickups. |
