How to help customers find their pickup QR codes
After you check in shipments, customers will receive pickup QR codes in their Wish app and via email.
If a customer cannot find their QR codes in their email reminders, you can help them find the codes in their Wish app.
1. Ask the customer to log into their account on the Wish app and provide the following instructions.
Open the Account tab in the customer’s Wish app.
2. Tap Your Orders.
3. Tap on the Filter option and filter by Wish Local for the last 30 days.
Select the order for pickup.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details to locate the QR code.
Please note that if a customer can’t find their pickup QR code, do not give any packages to the customer. Please have the customer contact Wish Customer Support directly in the Customer Support section of the Wish app. Learn more about contacting Wish Customer Support.
