If you receive any extra packages in a shipment, please contact the Wish support team.
Here’s how to report extra packages at check-in.
While checking in shipments, you can report any extra packages in the Package List.
Select Let us know to report extra packages.
Please include images of the shipment label and the extra package labels in your message.
Our team will reach out to you via email after receiving your report.
