How to check in shipments without the outer shipment QR code
If you can't scan the QR code on an outer shipment package or it’s missing, you can check in the packages in the Shipments tab of the Wish Local app. |
Here’s how to check in the shipments without the outer shipment QR code.
1. Open the Shipments tab in the Wish Local app.
2. Select the shipment in the Shipments tab with the matching tracking number or shipment number listed on the outer shipment labels.
You can search for the tracking or shipment number by selecting the Magnifying Glass on the top right corner of the Shipments tab. |

3. Open the shipment, and remove the customer packages without opening them.

4. Enter the 6-digit code of one of the customer packages in the shipment in the app when prompted. After entering the 6-digit code, you will see the option to scan the customer package QR codes. |

5. With the Wish Local app, scan the QR codes on the labels of the customer packages. When you successfully scan a QR code on a customer package, a green banner will appear in the app with a completed scan confirmation. |

6. After scanning all the customer packages, select Done scanning to complete the check-in process. |
