How to report shipments that didn’t arrive
The Awaiting check-in status appears in the Shipments tab when your store has a delivered shipment that hasn’t been checked in yet.
If you are missing entire shipments that are Awaiting check-in, you can report them in the Wish Local app.
Here’s how to report shipments that didn’t arrive.
Please make sure to check with other store members, neighboring stores, and your inventory before reporting any missing shipments or packages.
- Open the Shipments tab in the Wish Local app.
- Locate the missing shipment that is Awaiting check-in.
- Tap Report missing.
- Select the missing packages or report the entire shipment as missing.
- Tap Next.
- Review your selections and tap Submit to report the missing packages.
After you complete the report, we’ll update your inventory.
