How to check in a Ship to Store shipment
When shipments arrive, please check them in as soon as possible to notify customers.1
Here’s how to check in shipments.
Please note that you should check in one shipment at a time.
1. Tap the Scan icon on the Home tab of the Wish Local app.
|2. Locate and scan the QR code on the shipment.
If you can’t scan the shipment QR code or it’s missing, check out these troubleshooting steps.
|3. Open the shipment and remove the enclosed customer packages without opening them.|
|4. Scan the QR code on the label of each customer package.
When you successfully scan a QR code on a customer package, a green banner will appear with a completed scan confirmation.
Check out these troubleshooting steps if you can’t scan the customer package QR codes.
|5. After scanning all of the customer packages, select Done scanning to complete the check-in process.|
