How to check in shipments without customer package QR codes
If customer package QR codes are damaged to the point that you can’t scan them, select either the Search feature or Package List option in the Scan Packages page of the Wish Local app. |
Search
1. While scanning the customer packages, select the Search icon in the top right corner.
2. Type in a 6-digit code of a customer package in the search bar.
3. Select the checkmark next to the corresponding 6-digit package code to indicate that the customer packages have arrived.
Select the "X" option to report any missing packages in the shipment, but please ensure the packages are actually missing.
Package List
1. Select the Package List icon in the top right corner of the Scan Packages page.
The Package List displays a list of the 6-digit codes of the expected customer packages in the shipment.
2. Select the checkmark next to the corresponding 6-digit package code to indicate that the customer packages have arrived.
Select the "X" option to report any missing packages in the shipment, but please ensure the packages are actually missing.
Once you have confirmed the status of the customer packages in the Package List or through Search, select Submit to notify customers that their orders are available for pickup.
