How to report an incident with a Wish customer at pickup
We want to know if a Wish customer acts inappropriately or unlawfully. Please get in touch with Wish Local support, so we can investigate the incident and take action. In the case of an emergency, please contact your local law enforcement agency.
Please include the following information in your message:
- A detailed description of the incident;
- The customer's name;
- The 6-digit package codes (ABC123 format) in their order; and
- Any supporting screenshots, images, videos, or police reports.
