What if I forgot to confirm a partially fulfilled pickup?
If you forget to confirm a partially fulfilled pickup, you will need to report the missing packages through the Confirm pickups task in the Your Tasks section of the Home tab of your Wish Local app with these steps:
Step 1: Close and reopen your Wish Local app to receive the Confirm pickup reminder pop-up and task
Step 2: When the pop-up prompts you to confirm that the customer received their order, please close the pop-up by tapping anywhere on the grey area around the pop-up
Step 3: Then, select the 'Confirm pickups' task in the Your Tasks section of the Home tab of your Wish Local app. This task will appear until you have completed the incomplete pickup.
Step 4: Select the incomplete pickup you need to confirm, which will open the original pickup confirmation page
Step 5: Select Report missing items on the bottom of the Pickup confirmation page to report the missing package. This option will open a page where you can report all missing packages in the order.
Step 6: Please select the packages that are missing and submit the report
Once you report any missing packages, your inventory will be updated. The customer will receive a refund for the missing packages.
Please note, you should only use this reporting feature if entire packages are missing.
Excessive inventory adjustments and order cancellations will be monitored and may result in review and suspension of your account.
You must complete every pickup in the Wish Local app to receive your pickup commissions. If you have any questions or concerns about unconfirmed pickups, please get in touch with us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local app. Please send us the customer’s Order ID in your message.
