What if the outer shipment QR code doesn't work, and I can't locate the shipment in the Shipments tab of the Wish Local app?
If the QR code on the shipment does not work and you cannot locate the shipment in the Shipments tab of the Wish Local app, you can try searching for the tracking number or shipment number by selecting the Magnifying Glass on the top right corner of the Shipments tab.
If you still cannot locate the shipment, please send us images of the QR code on the outer shipment package and the labels of the customer packages inside of the shipment through the Support Hub in the Account tab of the Wish Local app. We will check in the shipment on your behalf and notify the customers that their orders are ready for pickup.
