How can I ban a customer from shipping their orders to my store?
If a Wish customer behaves in a way that is dangerous or threatening, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, to ban that customer from picking up at your location. In your message, please send us the customer's name, order number, and package number.
