How to report missing customer packages in shipments
Please double check each shipment to ensure it contains the appropriate number of packages, as customer packages may sometimes stick together and be missed.
If you are missing an entire shipment, go to “How to report missing shipments” for instructions.
Here’s how to report missing shipments while checking in a shipment.
1. While scanning the customer packages, select the Package List icon in the top right corner. The Package List displays a list of the 6-digit codes of the expected customer packages in the shipment. |

2. Review all of the customer packages in the shipment. 3. Please select the “X” option next to the corresponding 6-digit codes of any missing packages to indicate that you did not receive them. Please note that marking packages as missing is permanent. |
Once you have confirmed the status of the customer packages in the Package List, select Submit to report the missing packages and check in the packages that arrived.
