What if customers can’t see my store on Wish?
If your store isn’t available for Ship to Store orders on Wish, here are steps you can take.
- Check if your store is enrolled in Ship to Store.
- Reconfirm your store hours in the Wish Local app.
- Look for email updates and Wish Local app notifications.
How to check if your store is enrolled in Ship to Store
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap Ship to Store.*
This app section will show your enrollment status in Ship to Store.
Please note that not all items qualify for Ship to Store. Customers can only select Ship to Store at checkout for eligible products.
*The Ship to Store section is only visible to approved Wish Local accounts. Contact Wish Local support if you want to check your application status.
How to check your store hours
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap Store Hours.
Please note that we pause new orders a couple of weeks before temporary store closures. Your store will not be visible to customers during this time. Learn more about scheduling a temporary store closure.
Look for email updates and Wish Local app notifications
We send important updates that may relate to your account status through email or notifications in the Wish Local app. Please check your email inbox and Wish Local app to stay up to date.
Please also ensure that you have the latest version of the Wish Local app.

Please update the Wish Local app to the latest available version on Google Play.
For iOS
Please update the Wish Local app to the latest available version on the App Store.
