What should I do if I was notified that I need to pay a customs fee?

If you were notified that you need to pay a small customs fee, please pay the fee and send us the invoice through the Support Hub in the Account tab of the Wish Local App. We will reimburse you for the fee via PayPal.

For larger fees, please contact us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of the Wish Local app before paying the fee.
