Checking in Ship to Store shipments
When customers select your store as their Ship to Store pickup location, we bundle and ship their orders to your business.
Shipments will start to arrive about 3 to 4 weeks after we approve your location for Wish Local. Go to "Inventory Management Tools" to learn more about tracking shipments in the Wish Local app.
After receiving a shipment, you will need to check in the packages in the Wish Local app to notify customers that their orders are available for pickup.1
How to check in a Ship to Store shipment
Please note that you should check in one shipment at a time.
1. Tap the Scan icon on the Home tab of the Wish Local app. |

2. Locate and scan the QR code on the shipment. If you can't scan the shipment QR code or it's missing, check out these troubleshooting steps. |

3. Open the shipment and remove the enclosed customer packages without opening them. | |
4. Scan the QR code on the label of each customer package. When you successfully scan a QR code on a customer package, a green banner will appear with a completed scan confirmation. Check out these troubleshooting steps if you can't scan a QR code on a customer package. |

5. After scanning all of the customer packages, select Done scanning to complete the check-in process. |
Once you finish checking in a shipment, we'll notify customers that their orders are ready for pickup at your store.

1. The Wish Local Operating Guidelines require you to check in all Ship to Store shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
