People have picked up orders and I don't think I was paid for them. What do I do?
If you go to the Home tab and tap on ‘View All Earnings’, a list of recorded pickups will be displayed including the date and time. You will be paid for all of these pickups. If you notice there are pickups missing from this list, please make sure that you have a good WiFi connection, and that you are tapping the button to confirm each pickup correctly. Please note, if you forget to confirm a pickup, you will not be paid for that transaction. If you think there is still an issue, please contact us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local App.
