Check the payment processing period
Please note that payments are released approximately 3 - 6 business days after the 1st and 15th of each month. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays.
If you are missing a payment after the processing period and your PayPal information is correct, please contact Wish Local Support. Please include a list of the missing payments in your support request.
Verify your registered PayPal account
We issue payments to the PayPal account associated with your Wish Local account.1 You can check your registered PayPal account in the Wish Local app with the following instructions.
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap About.
You’ll see the PayPal email address that is registered to your Wish Local account in the About section.
Please confirm that your PayPal account is still active.
Update your PayPal account
If your existing PayPal account is incorrect in the Wish Local app, please contact Wish Local Support from the email address associated with your Wish Local account.
Please include your new PayPal email address in your request.
Please note that it may take over a month for any missed payments to be reflected in your account.

Add missing PayPal account information
If your PayPal information is missing in the Wish Local app, you can register your PayPal account in the app with the following instructions.
- Open the Home tab in the Wish Local app.
- Scroll to the Your Tasks section.
- Tap Add payment information.
- Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
- Tap Save Changes when you are finished adding your PayPal information.
Your missing payments will be issued to your registered PayPal account in the next eligible payment cycle.

1. You must register your PayPal account in the Wish Local app to receive payments. If you don’t have a valid PayPal account associated with your Wish Local account, we will retry any pending payments on each payment cycle until they are processed successfully.
