What should I do if I receive too many packages and need to temporarily stop receiving new orders?
If you do not have the capacity for additional orders, please contact us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local App, and we will be happy to assist. Please note that after a customer places an order on their Wish app, Ship to Store orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Because it’s not possible to reroute orders once they are in transit, orders may continue to arrive for four weeks before the update takes effect.
