What should I do if I need to pause Wish Local while I move to a new address?
To change your store address, please contact us through the Support Hub, in the Account tab of your Wish Local App, and we will be happy to update it for you. In your message, please include your store’s new address, an image of your new storefront, your last date at the old address, and the first date you will be open at your new address. If you are still unsure of the opening date at your new address, we can close your store for you until it’s finalized.
If possible, we ask for you give us at least six weeks' notice before changing to a new address. After a customer places an order on their Wish app, Ship to Store orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. Because it’s not possible to reroute orders when they are in transit, orders may continue to arrive at your old location if you don’t notify us at least six weeks in advance notice of an address change.
