How do I know if a customer’s order was canceled?
When you scan a customer’s QR code for a canceled order, the Wish Local app will tell you that the code is invalid. The order will also appear as canceled in the customer’s Wish app in the Order History section. The customer will still have access to their QR code for their canceled order via their email, so please do not hand out any package without a QR code that the Wish Local app verifies is valid.
Please note, if there is an issue with the customer’s QR code, the customer should contact Wish customer support directly in the Customer Support section of the Wish shopping app or via an email to support@wish.com.
