How do I change my Wish pickup location address?
To change your pickup location address, please contact us through the Support Hub, in the Account tab of your Wish Local App, and we will be happy to update it for you. In your message, please include your location’s new address, an image of your new storefront, your last date at the old address, and the first date you will be open at your new address.
If possible, we ask for you give us at least six weeks' notice before changing to a new address. After a customer places an order on their Wish app, Ship to Store orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. Because it’s not possible to reroute orders when they are in transit, orders may continue to arrive at your old location if you don’t notify us at least six weeks in advance notice of an address change.
Please note that your store address will not be updated by viewing this article alone. You will need to receive confirmation from a member of the Wish Local store support team to update your store address. After contacting us, a Wish Local support team member will verify and confirm the address change with you. Please wait for this follow-up to confirm that your store's address change request has been received and completed.
