Updating your store hours

Customers see your business hours when they select your store as their pickup location and in their pickup reminders.

Store hour guidelines

Successful Wish Local stores follow these guidelines to improve shipment deliverability and customer experiences.

• Your business should be open at least six days a week, including Saturdays.
• Your store should be open for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Your Wish Local store hours should match your published store hours.

Keep in mind that Wish customers may find your business hours in other places, so please ensure your store hours match all customer-facing websites and signs.

How to update your store hours

1. Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
2. Tap Store Hours.
3. Update your store hours.
4. Tap Save Changes when you are finished updating your store hours.

Please regularly check your store hours and update them as necessary in the Wish Local app.

If you need to close your store temporarily, please contact Wish Local Support as soon as possible. Please include the closure and reopen dates in your message.
