What should I do if I have an emergency and need to close my store?
If you need to close your store temporarily, please contact Wish Local support as soon as possible.
We’ll schedule your store’s closure and pause new orders.
Reporting COVID-19 closures
You can report any store closures related to COVID-19 in the Wish Local app.
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap Store Hours.
- Turn on the COVID-19 toggle to report the closure.
- Tap Save Changes to confirm the update.
We’ll pause new shipments during your store’s closure. In-transit shipments may still arrive. Please don’t check in shipments while your store is closed.
Please turn off the toggle when your store reopens.
If your store is inactive for an extended period, we may contact you or close your Wish Local account.
