What should I do if I confirmed the pickup before realizing I don't have the item(s) at my location?
We recommend that you always wait to confirm the pickup until you check for the item(s) being picked up. If you do confirm the pickup before realizing you don’t have some or all of the items in the order, please let the customer know to reach out to Wish customer support to receive a refund. They can reach out either through the support section of their Wish app or by emailing email@example.com. Please also notify Wish Local support by contacting us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local App. If you have some but not all of the items in the order, please confirm the pickup still and have the customer request a refund from Wish for the missing items.
