How can customers contact the Wish Customer Support Team?
If Wish customers have an issue with an existing order, they can contact the Wish Customer Support Team in a few different ways:
- Via the iOS or Android app;
- Through our website; and
- Select markets can reach us through our 24/7 chat.
For all of these options, customers may contact the Wish Customer Support Team directly by clicking on their Order History and selecting the product(s) they have questions about. Simply follow the relevant prompts in the Wish Assistant, and someone from the Wish Customer Support Team will offer their support. Learn more
