Why wasn't my Wish Local application approved?

Thank you for your interest in the Wish Local program. We evaluate each application individually, looking at several factors to ensure that every Wish Local pickup location has the potential to benefit from the program.

During the review process, we assess:

• Store type and business category
• Storefront location and accessibility
• Storage capacity
• Weekly hours of operation
• The density of Wish customers in the local area
• The density of existing Wish Local pickup locations

Currently, we only accept applicants who have physical storefronts, where employees can interact with Wish shoppers in-person. We do not accept online businesses or home store locations.

Please note that we keep all applications on file. If your application has not been successful on this occasion, please know that we continually re-evaluate our program requirements and would be happy to hear from you if your circumstances change. We appreciate your interest in the Wish Local program and will be in touch if there are other opportunities to work with Wish.
