What do I do with Listed for sale items?
When a customer's order is ready for pickup at your store location, we send reminders to customers every 72 hours to pick up their orders. However, if a Ship to Store order is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, the order is canceled and refunded. Please note, we may extend some pickup deadlines due to COVID-19.
We resell uncollected items on Wish for customers to pick up from your store. This process is automatic, and you can keep track of canceled packages in the Orders not picked up section of the Activity Log in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app.
You can keep track of all listed for sale items in the Listed for sale section of the In stock tab of the Wish Local app. You are responsible for keeping these canceled orders in your store until the orders are resold to another customer.
Ship to Store products that contain multiple items may be resold as Mystery Gifts, which customers can purchase and pick up with the standard pickup process. This solution will help reduce packages piling up in your store and clear out older packages while driving more foot traffic to your store and boosting your commission.
While we automatically relist orders that customers don't pick up, some items aren't eligible for resale. You can see a list of these ineligible customer packages in the Removed from Wish list in the Activity Log in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app. Learn more
