What should I do if I didn't receive a shipment by the arrival date shown in the Wish Local app?
Please note that the arrival dates listed in the Wish Local app are estimates. Shipments may be delayed in transit for many reasons. You can check the shipping status of any shipment by entering the tracking number listed in the Wish Local app on this site: https://www.wishpost.cn/welcome/#/tracking.
If a shipment is delayed by more than one week, the customer can submit a refund request through the customer support section of their Wish shopping app. If the shipment is already in transit when the customer requests a refund, the customer's order will still be sent to your store and listed for sale for another customer to purchase.
