How do I complete a pickup for a Mystery Gift?
Customers will come to collect Mystery Gifts in the same way they collect standard Ship to Store orders.
How to complete a pickup:
Step 1: The customer will show you their customer QR code
Step 2: Scan the customer QR code with the scanner tool in the Wish Local app
Step 3: After you scan the customer's QR code, the Wish Local app will tell you which items the customer is picking up. For Mystery Gifts, the Wish Local app will display the 6-digit code of the correct customer package.
Step 4: Select the correct customer packages from your inventory and give them to the customer.
Step 5: Select Confirm to complete the pickup and to receive a commission for the pickup.
Since Mystery Gifts are relisted Ship to Store orders, you do not need to remove the items from their packaging. You can organize them as you would organize your other Ship to Store customer packages.
If you still have Bronze Mystery Gifts in stock, the customer QR code, when scanned, will show that they have come in to pick up a Bronze Mystery Gift with the SKU 5DMT7A. Please go to the Bronze Mystery Gift pile, which includes items allocated as Bronze Mystery Gifts in a previous email. Give the customer any single random item from these Bronze Mystery Gift items.
