What do I do if I see a task to 'Confirm your shipments'?
This notification appears in the Wish Local app when the delivery company has delivered a Ship to Store shipment to your store, but the customer packages in the shipment have not been checked in yet.
If you see this notification in the Your Tasks section of the Home tab of the Wish Local app, please select the notification. Once you select the task, the Shipments tab will open in your app, which displays a history of the different shipments we have sent to your store.
The delivered shipments that are awaiting check-in will have an Awaiting check-in notification. You will also see the shipment number and tracking number for these shipments. Please confirm that your neighbors and employees have not received the shipments. Sometimes, neighbors receive Ship to Store shipments by mistake, or employees collect them without checking them in.
If neither your neighbors nor employees have the shipment, please use the Report missing option to tell us which shipment(s) have not arrived. Please include the shipment and tracking number of the shipment(s) that you are reporting in your message. We will get back to you via email with instructions.
