Prepare Packages for Resale!
We automatically relist orders that customers don't pick up. This process prevents Ship to Store orders from piling up and drives foot traffic to your store.
Here's everything you need to know about preparing packages for resale.
You can see a list of customer packages that were not picked up in the Activity Log in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app.
These packages will also appear in the Listed for sale section of the In stock tab. You can separate the Listed for sale items in your store from your Ready for pickup packages for better organization.
When a new customer purchases a relisted package, you will be able to fulfill the customer pickup with the 6-digit code on the customer package. Learn more
Countries with Additional Resale Preparation Steps
Customer packages may arrive with two labels in Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, and the Netherlands. If a package with two labels is resold to a new customer, you'll need to remove the original label before fulfilling the new customer pickup.
To remove the original label, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Remove the customer's info from the customer package—open the plastic pouch and pull out this label. There is a replacement label underneath.
Step 2: Discard the original label.
Please note, these additional resale preparation steps are currently only applicable to participants in Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, and the Netherlands.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of the Wish Local app.
