How do I update my store hours or close my location temporarily?
If your business hours have changed or you need to close your store temporarily, please follow the instructions below.
We recommend keeping your store hours as accurate as possible.
How to change your store hours
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap Store Hours.
- Update your business hours.
- Tap Save Changes when you are finished updating your store hours.
Please note that if your store hours don’t meet our requirements, we may contact you and change your status in the program.
Temporary store closures
If you need to close your store temporarily, please contact Wish Local support as soon as possible. Please include the closure and reopen dates in your message.
If possible, please give us at least four weeks of notice of any closures to help us fulfill orders.
We’ll schedule your store’s closure and pause new orders.
Reporting COVID-19 closures
You can report any store closures related to COVID-19 in the Wish Local app.
- Open the Account tab in the Wish Local app.
- Tap Store Hours.

Turn on the COVID-19 toggle to report the closure.
- Tap Save Changes to confirm the update.
We’ll pause new shipments during your store’s closure. In-transit shipments may still arrive. Please don’t check in shipments while your store is closed.
Please turn off the toggle when your store reopens.
If your store is inactive for an extended period, we may contact you or close your Wish Local account.
