Fulfilling Pickups
Customers will receive customer QR codes via email and in the Order History section of their Wish shopping app.
Customers will need to provide these QR codes to begin the pickup process.
To locate the customer’s QR code, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Have the customer log into their account on their Wish shopping app OR open the email they received from Wish containing the QR code
Step 2: In the customer’s Wish shopping app, select the Account tab
Step 3: Select Order History
Step 4: Click on the Filter option and filter by Wish Local for the last 30 days
Step 5: View and select the order for pickup
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details to locate the QR code
To complete a pickup, please follow these simple steps!
Step 1: Ask for the Wish Local customer to present their QR code. Please note, if a customer has their device in dark mode, it may make their QR code unreadable. Please ask the customer to adjust their phone settings so you can scan their QR code with your Wish Local app. We also recommend that you ask the customer to raise the brightness of their device if necessary.
Step 2: Use the Wish Local app to scan this QR code. The app will then auto-populate the list of customer packages within the customer’s order. Customer packages will be identified by their 6-digit codes.
Step 3: Retrieve the customer packages shown in the customer’s order.
Step 4: Please double-check to ensure the correct packages were given to the customer and confirm the pickup is complete by selecting Confirm Pickup in your Wish Local app
Step 5: Hand the order to the customer and encourage them to take a look around your store!
Anytime a Wish customer comes in for a pickup, we encourage you to take this as an opportunity to make one of our customers, your customers! This additional foot traffic creates a new customer network and could increase your in-store sales. The goal of Wish Local is not only to create an excellent pickup experience for customers but also to create return customers for your business!
Please note, if there is an issue with the customer’s QR code, the customer should contact Wish customer support in the Customer Support section of the Wish shopping app or via an email to support@wish.com.
