Checking in Packages
We will send Ship to Store orders to you when Wish customers select your store as their pickup location at check-out. These shipments will begin arriving at your business approximately 4 weeks after your location is approved for the Wish Local program. Ship to Store allows customers to have their orders shipped to a safe and secure location and brings your store the benefit of additional foot traffic!
After receiving a Ship to Store shipment, you'll need to complete the Ship to Store check-in process in the Wish Local app to notify customers that their orders are available for pickup. Please note, only check in one shipment at a time to keep the orders and items separate during the check-in process. As these shipments begin to arrive, follow these simple steps to check in the packages within 48 hours.
Step 1: Open the Wish Local app, and from the Home screen, select Scan
Step 2: Locate and scan the QR code on the outer shipment package. Once you scan the QR code, the Ship to Store check-in process will open in your app.
Step 3: Open the shipment, and remove the customer packages without opening them
Step 4: Scan the QR code on the label of each customer package. When you successfully scan a QR code on a customer package, a green banner will appear in your app with a successful scan confirmation.
Step 5: After scanning all the customer packages, select Done Scanning to complete the check-in process. Shortly after, customers will receive their QR code and be notified that their orders are ready for pickup at your store.
Customers will soon visit you to pick up their orders sent to your Wish Local store. You will earn a commission on every eligible pickup, and remember to upsell your products in-store!
