What should I do if I can't log in to the Wish Local app or receive an error message when I try to log in?
If you are unable to log in to your Wish Local app or receive an error message, please take the following steps to try to fix the issue:
Step 1: Open Settings on your device
Step 2: Head over to Apps Menu
Step 3: Choose Installed Applications
Step 4: Find and select the Wish Local app
Step 5: Move to the Storage Tab
Step 6: Select Clear Storage or Clear App Data, depending on your device
This process will clear the App Data of the Wish Local app.

After completing these steps, try to log into Wish Local with your credentials. If you continue to experience login errors, please send us a video of the error via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate the problem further after receiving the video.
