How do I complete a pick up for a Mystery Gift?
Customers will come to collect silver and gold Mystery Gifts in the same way that they collect standard Ship to Store orders.
When a Wish customer comes into your store, they will provide their customer QR code for you to scan with your Wish Local app. When you scan a customer's valid QR code for a Mystery Gift purchase, your Wish Local app will display a 6-digit code, as with regular Ship to Store orders.
Please find the package with the same 6-digit code, hand it to the customer and confirm the pickup in the Wish Local app. The confirmation will complete the pickup process for the Mystery Gift.
Since Mystery Gifts are re-listed Ship to Store orders, you do not need to remove the items from their packaging, and you can organize them as you would with all of your other Ship to Store orders.
If you still have bronze mystery gifts in stock, the customer QR code when scanned will show that they have come in to pick up a mystery gift SKU 5DMT7A. Please go to the mystery gift pile that you previously received an email telling you which items to allocate to for mystery gifts, and give the customer any random single item from these mystery gift items.
