Can customers pick up canceled orders?
Customers cannot pick up packages in canceled orders. Please only give out packages if you can successfully scan a customer's QR code with the Wish Local app.
If a customer wants the items in a canceled order, please ask them to reorder the products on Wish to have the order shipped again.
If customers don’t pick up their orders or items are no longer available on Wish, the items will appear in the Items to remove task in the In stock tab.
These packages can be removed from your inventory as long as their disposal or discarding abides by and adheres to applicable regional and local regulations and laws surrounding disposal. Learn more about Removing Items.
