What should I do if I completed a pickup, but it still shows in my pending pickups?
If you have scanned a customer’s QR code but were unable to confirm the pickup, you will receive a Confirm pickup reminder pop-up to complete the pickup when you open the Wish Local app again. A Confirm pickups task will also appear in the Your Tasks section of the Home tab of your Wish Local app.
You can confirm the pickup through the pop-up with these simple steps:
Step 1: Close and reopen your Wish Local app to receive the Confirm pickup reminder pop-up
Step 2: When the pop-up prompts you to confirm that the customer received their order, select Confirm pickup. The pickup process will then be complete.
If you select Cancel this order in the pop-up, you will have the option to report the entire order as missing by selecting The order is missing. Please note, if you select this option, the entire pickup will be canceled, and the customer will receive a refund for the entire order.
If you only partially fulfilled the order, you will need to report this through the task. Learn more
If you did not scan the customer’s QR code or cannot view the pickup reminder and task, please get in touch with us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local app. Please send us the customer’s Order ID in your message.
