What should I do if a customer still wants to pick up a canceled order?
Customers will need to place a new order to pick up a canceled order.
We automatically resell most Wish orders on the Wish Platform for new customers to purchase. You can keep track of listed for sale packages in the Listed for sale section of the In stock tab of the Wish Local app.
Here's how a customer can repurchase a listed for sale item in your store.
If the customer is in your store, they can find your store's Wish page by using their devices' camera to scan your store's QR code in the Share store page section of the Account tab of the Wish Local app. This action will prompt their device to open your store's page on the Wish shopping app, where the listed for sale items in your store are available for purchase.
Customers can then select the items they want to purchase and check out. Once their transaction is complete, the customer will receive a QR code via email and in the Order History section of their Wish shopping app. Scan the customer's new QR code, give them the items, and confirm the pickup in the Wish Local app to complete the pickup.
While we automatically relist orders that customers don't pick up, some items aren't eligible for resale. You can see a list of these ineligible customer packages in the Removed from Wish list in the Activity Log in the In stock tab of the Wish Local app. Learn more
