How can I help a customer find their QR code to pick up their order?
After you check in a Ship to Store shipment and confirm orders have arrived, customers will be notified that their orders are ready for pickup at your store. Customers will also receive customer QR codes via email and in the Order History section of their Wish shopping app.
To locate the customer’s QR code, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Have the customer log into their account on their Wish shopping app OR open the email they received from Wish containing the QR code
Step 2: In the customer’s Wish shopping app, select the Account tab
Step 3: Select Order History
Step 4: Click on the Filter option and filter by Wish Local for the last 30 days
Step 5: View and select the order for pickup
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the Order Details to locate the QR code
Without a valid QR code, a customer cannot pick up an order. Even if they show that they are the person who placed the order, the order may already be canceled. When you scan a customer’s QR code with the Wish Local app, the app will confirm the validity of the code and the status of the order.
