What should I do if I left the program but am still receiving Ship to Store orders in the mail?
We request you give us at least four weeks notice before leaving the Wish Local program. When you let us know that you are leaving the program, we disable your store to prevent any new customer orders to your location. Please note that after a customer places an order on their Wish app, Ship to Store orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Because it’s not possible to reroute orders when they are in transit, orders may continue to arrive at your location for up to four weeks after we disable your store from receiving new orders.
If you left the program on less than four week’s notice and continue to receive orders after leaving the program, please contact us and we will coordinate shipping for you to send the orders back to Wish.
