How can I track my earnings on the Wish Local app?
You can view your earnings anytime on the home screen of the Wish Local app. In the Your Earnings section, you can view Confirmed Balance, Pending Balance, and Next Payment Date. See below for a definition of each:
Confirmed Balance - These are confirmed earnings that will be paid on the next payment date. Each payment date, the Confirmed Balance will reset to zero once we initiate the payment. The balance from the Confirmed Balance will be added to your Lifetime Earnings. Please note that there may be processing time between initiation of the payment and the payment appearing in your account. During this time your Confirmed Balance will show as zero and you may not see the payment in your account yet. The payment should process and appear in your account within a few days. Please also be advised that PayPal requires a processing fee of 0.1% (less than 1 percent) that will be deducted from each payment. The earliest effective date for this payment change will be in April 2021, unless you have received an alternative date in a communication from us.
Pending Balance - These are transactions that are still within the 7-day return period. During this time, customers can return Sell on Wish items to your store and you can choose to accept or decline the return. Once the return period has ended, these earnings will be confirmed and moved to the Confirmed Balance, which will be paid out in the next payment cycle.
Next Payment Date - You are paid bi-monthly, approximately 3-6 business days after the 1st and 15th of each month. This section shows the next upcoming payment date.
Balance Details shows an itemized breakdown of the earnings counted in the Confirmed Balance. The itemized breakdown of previous transactions can be found under Previous Earnings.
