I haven't received my payment, what should I do?
Payments are processed bimonthly on the 1st and 15th of each month, but please be advised that payments are released approximately 3-6 business days after the 1st and 15th of each month. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include holidays. This means the payment will not appear immediately on the 1st or 15th, as it is still processing. You will receive your first payment on the first pay date after you complete your first pickup.
Please note, we issue payments to the PayPal email address that you provided when you completed your application to the program. If that PayPal email address was not registered with PayPal or the account was not created yet, please contact us immediately to update your info. You will need to wait an estimated 45 days for the payment to ‘reset’. This is PayPal’s policy and we cannot do anything about this.
You can view the PayPal email address that you registered in your Wish Local account by going to the Account tab, tapping on About, and it will be displayed here.
Additionally, please be advised that PayPal requires a processing fee of 0.1% (less than 1 percent) that will be deducted from each payment. The earliest effective date for this payment change will be in April 2021, unless you have received an alternative date in a communication from us.
If you are missing a payment or if you think the PayPal email that we have on file is incorrect, please contact us through the Support Hub in the Account tab of your Wish Local App.
