What is the difference between Pickup Now inventory and Ship to Store orders?
As a Wish Local partner, Wish customers will be able to pick up their orders from your location. Customer orders can contain Ship to Store customer packages and Pickup Now inventory.
The Pickup Now inventory is pre-stocked in your location before any customer purchase happens. Customers can conveniently pick up this inventory in an instant after completing their transaction on the Wish shopping app.
Ship to Store customer packages are sent to your store after customers complete their purchases on the Wish platform.
For Ship to Store customer packages, customers choose to have their orders shipped to your location after completing their transaction. These orders typically arrive at your location anywhere from 3-4 weeks after they are ordered. Customers pick up these items within a few days of being checked in.
Both item types require your cooperation to timely check-in and organize the inventory so customers can have smooth pickup experiences.
